分型不明确 Not Otherwise Specified (NOS)

1. 对于大细胞癌、肉瘤样癌和形态学缺乏明确的鳞癌或腺癌特征，而免疫组化又很难判定时，应诊断为NSCLC-NOS(not otherwise specified)，中文译为“非小细胞肺癌-分型困难”或“非小细胞肺癌组织学亚型不明确，或非小细胞肺癌非特指型”，NSCLC-NOS应尽可能少使用（占活检的30%）；A subset of non-small-cell lung cancer tumour specimens are also categorized as NSCLC not otherwise specified (NOS), , usually when a more specific diagnosis cannot be made.This is often the case when the specimen size is too small, or poorly differentiated histology.

2. 共表达P63和TTF-1的肺癌实质上是腺癌，应诊断为NSCLC-倾向腺癌；

3. 阳性细胞学标本（痰及胸水）应制成细胞蜡块，备后续免疫组化及分子生物学检测。
