临床诊断为肺癌，各期，不需要或者不适合接受/开始治疗
● 建议肿瘤（胸）外科或者肿瘤内科制定随访计划并主持随访和决策。
● 推荐专业护士按方案随访。应指导病人如何随时联系参与随访的专业人员
● 不建议常规进行血液检查和生物标记物检测（术前有某些血液指标或者肿瘤生物标记物异常、临床试验除外）
